What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your shoes or apparel, you can return or exchange them within 30 days, no questions asked, even if you've worn them out in the wild.
How do I wash my Allbirds shoes?
Most of our shoes are machine washable. Remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry your shoes.
Are Allbirds socks and apparel sustainable?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. We use premium natural materials like ZQ-certified Merino wool, FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, and recycled plastic bottles to minimize our carbon footprint.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Do you offer half sizes?
Most of our styles are currently available in whole sizes only. If you are typically a half size, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
